About me
Engineering leadership with a builder's mindset.
I am Cristian, a Senior .NET Tech Lead with around eight years of experience building and guiding software teams. At NetRom Software, I work on nearshore products where architecture, delivery, and clear communication matter equally. My focus is the .NET and Azure ecosystem, with particular interest in Azure AI, Semantic Kernel, messaging, and systems that remain understandable as they grow.
